Hand made in our small Yorkshire home studio using an eco-friendly base and blended with the highest grade fragrance oil inspired by the scent of nature. Each one of our diffusers is unique, lovingly made in small batches by hand especially for you.

UK MAINLAND SHIPPING

We offer a standard delivery service and for orders over £100 this is free of charge. For those orders under the value of £100 we try to keep shipping costs as low as we can and charge a flat rate of £5.50 for 1st class delivery and £3.50 for 2nd class. We will always strive to dispatch your order as soon as possible, but in busy periods this may take up to two working days. Small orders are usually sent via Royal Mail and larger orders are dispatched via Royal Mail or courier. If you really can’t wait to get your hands on our beautiful creations, please contact us and we can arrange an Express Delivery as a matter of urgency.

PLEASE NOTE shipping rates are for Mainland UK only, and do not apply for orders made to N.Ireland, Scottish Isles, or Channel Islands. To request shipping rates for these destinations please email us for a shipping quote.

All orders within a 5 miles radius of our home studio will be delivered free of charge. Free delivery will be automatically applied at the checkout once you input your postcode. Deliveries will be made at least once a week within the local area. Please ensure that you include instructions in the comments box of a suitable safe place for your goods to be left in the event you are not home when we deliver.

Alternatively, we also offer a Click and Collect service from our home studio in Huddersfield. This is available free of charge. We ask for up to two working days from receiving your order for it to be ready for collection, however most orders will often be ready to collect sooner. We’ll contact you when your order is ready for collection.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We would love for our creations to be sent all over the world. If you aren’t a UK resident and would like to purchase from our site, please send us an email and we can discuss shipping costs.

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?

In the unlikely event you aren’t completely in love with your purchase, we do offer a 14 day return or exchange providing your order hasn’t been used, opened or damaged. Please note that your order must be in its original packaging, unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition. (We cannot accept the return of a candle that has been lit unless it is a clear manufacturing fault).

If you want to initiate a return, please send us an email with what you want to return, your name, address, invoice number and your reason for being unsatisfied. We will then send you the instructions to follow to process your return.

​It is your responsibility to pay for the postal cost for your return and we do recommend a ‘signed for’ service, so you have proof of delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost in the post or not delivered to us.

We do take extreme care in the safe delivery of your order, but we also know sometimes accidents can happen. If your order reaches you and it’s not in perfect condition, please do not hesitate to email us. You will need to include your invoice number along with photos of the packaging and product. We will correspond via email for the best possible solution.

Claims for faulty items made outside of 14 days will be processed at our discretion. Items with a reported defect deemed to be as a result of typical wear and tear or neglect and misuse will not be classed as faulty.
